(Lititz, PA) – Derck & Edson Associates, with offices in Lancaster County (Borough of Lititz) and Centre County (Bellefonte Borough), recently had an article on in fill development published in the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) magazine. The article discussed the advantages of in fill development, especially in Pennsylvania's towns, boroughs, and municipalities. Several client examples are highlighted including downtown Lititz, Emmaus Borough, and the Borough of Waynesboro.
