Landscape Architect/Designer

- The successful candidate will have:
· a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in a landscape architecture program,
· minimum 4 years professional experience in site planning and design, municipal approvals and construction documentation with basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of sketches, construction documents and models,
· outstanding hand sketching skills,
· basic knowledge of planting design, grading and site layout,
· good writing and communication skills,
· be familiar with the use of AutoDesk Land Development Desktop 2005,
· computer competency in basic office and design software,
· a professional landscape architecture license preferred.
