New Employees
(Lititz, PA) · Derck & Edson Associates, with offices in Lancaster County (Borough of Lititz) and Centre County (Bellefonte Borough), is pleased to announce several new hires:

Tracy Buchholz , Project Designer. Tracy is keenly involved in environmentally sustainable design and her responsibilities range from conceptual site planning to final construction documentation. Tracy is based in our Lititz office. She is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Master of Landscape Architecture and Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Urban Studies. Her published research includes Virginia Water Resources Research Center Special Publication: Urban Stream Daylighting: Design Application to Stroubles Creek, Blacksburg, VA and Virginia Water Resources Research Center Special Publication: Urban Stream Daylighting Case Study Reviews. She is an associate member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), Pennsylvania chapter and was the winner of the Stanley Abbott Award for her master's thesis work, as well as the Benjamin C. Johnson and Janice K. McBee 'Excellence in Design' Award in the Spring of 2006.

Adam Jones, Project Designer. Adam is involved with site design, coordination with consultants, and public presentation. Adam is based in our Lititz office and is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. He is a member of Sigma Lambda Alpha Landscape Architecture Honor Society and received an American Society of Landscape Architecture Merit Award for general studies in Landscape Architecture

Darren Narber, Project Landscape Architect. Darren's responsibilities range from conceptual site planning and final construction documentation to client interaction, estimating and bidding, construction administration, and project management. Darren is based in our Bellefonte office. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Contracting and a Minor Certificate in Horticulture. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association. Darren is a Registered Landscape Architect.

Jarad Ruth, CAD Drafter. Jarad is a graduate of York Technical Institute. Jarad is based in our Lititz office.
