The vision for this master planning effort was to create a Downtown Master Plan that will enhance, strengthen, and grow downtown Lititz as the nucleus of the Borough and surrounding Warwick Township. Working through an inclusve process with the Main Street organization, key stakeholders, and the community as a whole, Derck & Edson Associates developed a master plan to lead this community to the next level of success.
