Elizabethtown Borough Master Plan

Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania

The Elizabethtown Economic Development Corporation knew the time had come. The home of Masterfoods, Masonic Village, and Elizabethtown College, the borough was ripe with opportunity. Gathering key stakeholders, we worked with the EEDC to develop a master plan to address the Borough's role as a unifying force for these outlying institutions; land use, parking, and streetscape issues; and the need for a central civic space to benefit the entire community. Once the plan was complete, we moved into implementation by helping the borough obtain funding and begin bringing the plan to constructed reality.
