Derck & Edson Associates has been involved with
Granite Run since the initial master plan for this 145-acre center,
strategically located along a major interstate highway, connecting
two major collector streets of Manheim Township. The corporate center
has evolved into a hub of the regional economic fabric by providing
a mix of uses. Offices, restaurants, lodging, services and recreation
are nestled in this convenient location. Our most recent project
at Granite Run is a new lifestyle center with more of a streetscape
feel that will further enhance the scenic quality achieved by meandering
pathways, incorporating the floodplain area as a natural link between
buildings and the surrounding community, and creating a passive park-like
atmosphere. |
