Each year, the Pennsylvania Downtown Center holds its annual conference for Main Street Managers, Elm Street Managers, and others involved with downtown development in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In support of their efforts, each year we offer a prize - a free transformation sketch of a downtown area - to aid in the development efforts of one lucky downtown. Past winners include the City of Allentown, the City of Meadville and, pictured here, Lebanon and Souderton.
