Luther Acres
Luther Acres was looking to expand its existing 40-acre campus. Plans were prepared for an approximately 15-acre addition which would feature 122 independent living townhomes, 70 assisted care suites, 36 cottages, and a new wellness center.
The expanded campus now provides a new community core facility providing a dining area and space for social activities for campus residents. A horticultural center is available for resident use and features a small greenhouse within a fenced area where residents can maintain their own gardens.
Luther Acres is part of the LUTHERCARE network for continuing care in Lebanon and Lancaster Counties.
