Monmouth University Campus Enhancement Plan®
The Campus Enhancement Plan ® at Monmouth University presented a fresh look at campus spaces with a long term view for the future of campus enhancement. The ultimate plan focused on:
- pedestrian circulation improvements
- entrance plaza to the student center and overall arrival experience
- Great Lawn and other open space enhancements
- Outdoor seating, teaching, and gathering spaces
- Campus-wide wayfinding, landscaping, lighting, and parking
Of special note, the Monmouth University campus is home to The Great Hall at Shadow Lawn and the Guggenheim Wing of Monmouth University Library – both listed on the National Register of Historic Places. An interior renovation at the Great Hall now incorporates a campus coffee shop into this historic space.
