Berwick Borough Strategic Plan
Berwick is clearly a resurgent community capitalizing on long-term assets in addition to creating new ones. Building upon substantial physical progress already underway in the Berwick Blueprint Community and Industrial Complex, the community was looking to develop their next stages of planning.
Working with a diverse consultant team led by Hailstone Economic, Derck & Edson contributed to the creation of a Comprehensive Strategic Plan for Berwick.
Our charge was to focus on nodes of activity in downtown Berwick and to illustrate the impact of facade and streetscape improvements in these important areas.
