Lancaster Catholic High School Stadium
Derck & Edson accepted the challenge to create a design to rebuild the athletic complex at Rossmere Stadium. The new complex will include a synthetic turf field, modern lighting, a 6-lane track, new bleacher seating, updated concession stands, a new press box, an upgraded sound system, and a modernized scoreboard.
The new athletic campus will not just serve athletes. The Fine & Performing Arts Department will have a new space for Marching Band and Color Guard Competitions and the whole school will benefit for the new ability to host school-wide events such as physical education classes and commencement ceremonies at the new facility. It will also be a space that the school’s partner elementary programs will be able to utilize.
