LVC Sports Complex
Derck & Edson worked with Lebanon Valley College to bring high-caliber sports venues to all their sports teams. New fields and stadiums host the college’s baseball, softball, field hockey, and soccer teams. A pedestrian bridge and walking paths link all the fields in the complex. The combined venues were awarded the Sports Complex of the Year Award in 2005 by the Sports Turf Management Association (STMA).
The fields can easily accommodate fans and tournament play. Additional seating and the pedestrian bridge can be seen in the distance.
Working with over 20 feet of grade change, the soccer field was carefully placed to maintain the existing hedge-rows which create a unique setting for the entire complex. Pictured here, the soccer field at Lebanon Valley College hosts the U.S. Men’s Olympic Soccer team.
