Princeton Forrestal Center Mixed-Use District Master Plan and Design Standards
To attract and retain a broader spectrum of employers within the Princeton Forrestal Center and Route 1 corridor, Princeton University engaged our team in the planning and design of a walkable mixed use district on this 108 acre site adjacent to Princeton Forrestal Village. Our planning and entitlement documents for this traditional neighborhood of 950 residences offers 11 residential building types including multifamily, manor houses, and missing middle options. We prepared site designs for complete streets, parks, civic spaces, and trails. Our services: land planning, civic space design, parking strategies, form based design standards, residential lot types, street types, and municipal presentations.
