Saint Anselm College
Saint Anselm College wanted to insure that the campus makes the best first impression on current and prospective students that it can. At the same time there was a desire to evaluate and benchmark the condition of the buildings and the current spaces within them to insure that they are being used to the greatest extent possible and that the best practices were being used as it relates to facilities.
Saint Anselm teamed with Derck & Edson to address their campus concerns. The process for developing a Campus Enhancement Plan (CEP) ® for Saint Anselm College is defining a way forward with campus improvements and other space related components that will assist in prioritizing improvements and expenditures in a methodical way. Our work includes a space assessment that identifies how each academic space is being used and the condition of those spaces as well as a facilities condition assessment.
This planning for Saint Anselm College seeks to create a campus that supports Saint Anselm’s core values which are desirous of a campus that is student centered, friendly, welcoming, and safe.
