York College of Pennsylvania Springettsbury Apartments
The Springettsbury Apartments at York College of Pennsylvania include 20 units of quality housing to the campus residential life offerings. Derck & Edson worked with a great project team that included representatives from the College’s student life, administration, and facilities departments.
In addition, the design process recognized the needs and wishes of the students.
Intentional design nestled the buildings into the existing neighborhood streetscape so new units appear as separate homes with individual front doors.
