Founders Village

To provide new and exciting on-campus living options for upperclassmen, the Founders Village residential complex was constructed offering a mix of housing types including apartments and suite-style units.

Design and construction was handled in phases with Phase One of the projects consisting of two buildings totaling 156 beds and a 240 space parking lot. These new residential buildings overlook a new stadium complex featuring a synthetic turf multipurpose athletic field and track facility.

Phase 2 of the project features another two residential buildings totaling an additional 186 beds along with a new Commons Building. The Commons Building contains a fitness center, various student services and an office, lounge spaces, and computer labs.

A terraced plaza space between the new Phase 2 buildings offers outdoor seating, gathering spaces, and a life-size chess game. Indoors or out, students can enjoy dramatic views of the athletic complex as they study or just relax with friends.
