Elizabethtown College Master Plan

Derck & Edson provided the college with master planning services for the 165-acre campus. Those services included:

• Utility Opportunities and Constraints
• Seven Phases for Project Implementation

Since the completion of the master plan, Derck & Edson has assisted the College with the first several phases of implementing the master plan and has also helped the College develop a master plan update.
