Bridge Street Riverfront Neighborhood
The City of Nashua, in partnership with the designated Master Developer, sought to redevelop this 26-acre riverfront industrial site into a mixed-use neighborhood featuring townhomes, apartments, riverfront trails, civic spaces and a small restaurant and retail district. This phased master plan anticipated future commuter rail service to Nashua while creating pedestrian-oriented streets and civic spaces. Our services included urban design, master planning, development strategies, civic space design and architectural design review.
