Conservation Design Neighborhood Plan
This master plan has focused on establishing a community vision and land plan for a conservation design community on 280 acres in Franklin County, PA. The program calls for townhomes, single family homes and a village center with mixed use buildings and a hospitality area – all centered around a new 40 acre lake. This collaborative master planning process integrated a number of environmental, topographic and residential programming objectives while addressing conservation planning and financial goals. Services included site analysis, programming, lot type review, master planning and preparation of multiple design alternatives.
