Frackville Planning
Starting with one key block, redevelopment planning along North Lehigh Avenue evaluated existing structures, vacant parcels, and economic indicators to guide three redevelopment initiatives and bring investment, tax ratables, and a stronger sense of pride in a corridor that has seen significant disinvestment. Initial phases will focus on increased pedestrian safety, traffic calming, and beautification of borough streets.
