La Roche University Master Plan

Over the past 20 years, La Roche University has mastered the art of repurposing space on campus. A new campus master plan was initiated to address space needs and more. Working with Comprehensive Facilities Planning, Derck & Edson developed short and long term initiatives for campus enhancement.

Short term:

• bring admissions back to main campus
• further transform the library into a learning commons
• add additional space for athletics

Longer term:

• expand existing or construct new, free standing academic space
• create a new visitor plaza/drop off court, Student Commons quad, and academic quad
