Linden Hall New Residential Wing
Derck & Edson is happy to continue our decades-long professional relationship with Linden Hall through the creation of new residential rooms for the housing of their students. As an extension to Honeycutt Hall, this new facility will include double occupant rooms, common space, faculty apartments, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. In addition, space will be designed to accommodate a nurse’s office/infirmary, counselors and dean of students’ offices, as well as space for the maintenance/shop area. A new connector bridge to other residential buildings will also be included in the design along with a renovated front lobby space to Honeycutt Hall.
Derck & Edson is providing master planning, architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, and structural engineering services.
