Marietta College Campus Enhancement Plan®

Our relationship with Marietta College was expanded by developing the first Campus Enhancement Plan™ for the college. Incorporating feedback gathered at meetings with faculty, staff, and students, the plan includes the following recommendations:

• creating a new student center with outdoor gathering spaces
• developing a large central green in the heart of campus
• designing smaller gathering spaces between academic buildings
• closing a portion of Butler Street which divides the campus
• improving the gateway/entrance experience at the corners of campus as well as the main entrance
