Our Lady of the Lake Master Plan
Working with the University and teaming with Comprehensive Facilities Planning, Derck & Edson created a master plan for Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) focusing on repurposing spaces to enhance the academic and overall campus experiences.
The master plan sets forth initiatives for new science labs, a renovated student center, and enhanced classroom and administrative spaces.
Just as important as the building spaces is the space between the buildings. At OLLU, this includes engaging and celebrating the adjacent lake by leveraging the beautiful setting and views the lake affords.
