Rock Lititz
Derck & Edson is the site design consultant for Rock Lititz who was looking to develop a corporate campus for affiliated companies in the live entertainment event industry. The master plan for the site will continue to evolve along with the demand for space by associated companies.
In addition to overall master and site planning, we have also provided full landscape architectural and civil engineering services to this innovative corporate entity. This includes site design, site engineering, and land development approval services for the initial phases, including the newly constructed Rock Lititz Studios.
Currently, we are finalizing design drawings for the next phase of the project, a multi-tenant flex-building for entertainment-based companies.
Working in conjunction with LandStudies, the project incorporates 16 acres of floodplain restoration to improve stormwater management and stormwater quality controls along the tributary of the Santo Domingo Creek.
