Sinking Spring Borough Form-Based Code
To realize the Borough’s economic development goals and desire for a new Main Street and civic spaces, we engaged the community in a visual preference survey to guide the creation of a Form Based Code for the Downtown District. The ordinance seeks to promote infill and redevelopment to create a new Main Street offering stores, restaurants, apartments, and civic spaces. Our services included an online community survey, a form-based code zoning ordinance, visually accessible zoning graphics, and 3D illustrative renderings to demonstrate the desired form of buildings and civic spaces.
