Residential space on campus must be designed to be connected to the campus fabric while being separate enough to provide a respite from the academic world.
Upper Iowa University desires to increase its on-campus residency rate from 40% to 70%. This required detailed study on a long term student housing growth plan that was reflected in the campus master plan.
