Peacock Plaza
Needing to enhance the entry elements and first impression to the Upper Iowa University campus, this new plaza was created to not only define the main entrance but also address a handicap accessibility challenge. In addition, the space creates an appropriate setting to recognize the campus mascot, the peacock.
