West Reading Downtown Master Plan
Our design team crafted redevelopment plans, zoning strategies and illustrative drawings to assist this thriving downtown to grow and build upon its strengths while transforming underutilized sites into mixed use developments, a central civic space, parking facilities, trails and streetscape enhancements. We collaborated with local business owners, municipal leaders and downtown leaders to create a coordinated plan to promote branding strategies, business recruitment and the creation of a catalytic developments and civic spaces.
