Master Plan
The Elizabethtown Economic Development Corporation charged Derck & Edson with helping to identify and develop the unrealized potential of the Borough’s downtown through the creation of the Elizabethtown Borough Master Plan. The plan has been helping to guide growth and development in the Business District Core ever since.
Derck & Edson has continued to work with the Borough on implementing various projects that were proposed during the planning process. Pedestrian connections were one of the major focuses of the Elizabethtown Master Plan.
