Solebury Square
Through a collaborative planning process with the Township of Solebury and McMahon Associates, Inc., Derck & Edson has been crafting a plan to re-envision the commercial district along Route 202 in Solebury, Bucks County. The plan seeks to transform this auto-oriented corridor into a walkable village offering a mix of residential, retail and civic uses along new streets and trails connecting New Hope Borough and Solebury Township.
