Stevens Institute of Technology Landscape Master Plan with Wayfinding
The landscape is the fabric that holds an institution’s campus together and often defines the character of the campus. We worked hand in hand with Stevens’ staff and administration to assess strengths to use as a framework to build on their “Compelling Campus Visitor Experience” initiative.
We provided landscape architectural services with reduced concept drawings, maintenance and plant palette guidelines, individual projects identified and designed, and phasing recommendations. The plan was designed to be practical in its approach as well as creative in the solutions offered. We also reviewed their current contract for out-of-house maintenance services and provided guidance for improving future service.
Our work included concentration on campus edges and entrances as well as wayfinding.
